At a reasonable price, typically around ₹100 per plate, diners enjoy a hearty meal that epitomizes the essence of satvik cuisine—food prepared without onion or garlic. The sweet endings, like the jalebi and laddoo, round off the experience perfectly, earning high praise from visitors after a dip in the Ganga.

Based on 129 reviewsRaju Misthan Bhandar in Brijghat, Hapur, is widely appreciated for its authentic vegetarian breakfast offerings that prominently feature traditional dishes like Bedmi Poori, Aloo sabzi, and sweet jalebis. Customers value the pure desi ghee preparation and the satvik style of cooking without onion and garlic, catering to health-conscious and devotional preferences. The restaurant is noted for its generous servings, allowing unlimited refills of flavorful sabzis along with a full thali that remains pocket-friendly. Quick service and consistent quality contribute to its popularity, making it a favored spot for locals and visitors seeking a satisfying, traditional meal. Many a times we stop here for food. That typical Bedami Poori/Kachauri, Aaloo ki ras wali sabzi and meetha kaddu....top that with Garma garam jalebi. Quite nice preparation.
One of the best poori sabji shop in brijghat or i can say anywhere. Price may be high as it coat around rs 100 per plate which comprises of 4puri aloosabzj and kashifal with a glass of raita and methi chutney. All things are prepared in pure desi ghee one must have good at raju misthan bhandar. Finger lick in taste . Amazing food.
A great place for authentic desi breakfast. Bedmi, aloo sabji (something to die for!!), pethe ki sabzi and Boondi Raita !! Amazing way to conclude the holy dip in the Ganga. The place has a set menu, very reasonable, quick service and a great taste. The breakfast concluded with Jalebi and Pedha ! A must visit place if you go to Brijghat !
The satvik ( without onion garlic ) food and pocket friendly prices make it a very popular eatery. You can have a full thali of two vegetables - potato curry , pumpkin curry , methi ki chutney with four Pooris and raita at about Rs 100 if I remember correctly with unlimited refills of sabzi . Don’t forget to have the laddoo or jalebis later not only because they are good but also because the food is slightly spicy. Wooden tables and benches to sit and eat with fans to keep you cool. Servers keep coming to serve and for refills.
I visited this place on 02-May-22. I got attracted to it by the brown perhas being made outside, they looked appealing. I purchased some perhas and also sat down for a plate poori. They give four pooris in one plate, two veggies - aloo ki and sitafal ki on the day I visited. Plus, there is a glass of Lassi too. One can ask for refill of sabzis, it is generous. No onion and no garlic, so that is great for Vaishno bhojan. Seating is fit for purpose. Counter staff and serving staff, both were good and helpful. Value for money is good. The only issue was littering on the restaurant floor, plastic bottles and tissue papers. Public is responsible, still, restaurant owner would do good to keep an eye on floor cleanliness. Must visit and have poori as well as perhas!
Food full of life As cheap as it can get Place is as old as the local market itself Limited menu of traditional puri (indian bread), alu sabzi (spiced potato curry), kaddu sabzi (spiced pumpkin curry) and boondi raita (indian curd cold drink) Eat beside troops of monkeys Traditional pangat style atmosphere. No concept of ala-carte or guestwise individual tables, you get to share tables with other families and vacate the spots for others in waiting as and when you are done with food.
In that region , to be specific Gad Ganga, this is highly popular place to have food which provides delicious food items that too in a reasonable price. Items such as poori, sabzi with raita is highly recommended. In addition, one can find huge crowd here most of the time. However, they need to work upon cleanliness. Owing to large number of people, cleanliness is compromised.
